Meet Your Coaches

Hi, I’m Renee! I’m the Founder of Evolve Nutrition.

As a Personal Trainer & Nutritionist with my Postgraduate in Performance Nutrition, I specialise in assisting clients to reach their health and fitness goals through exercise and food prescription. Evolve’s mission is to equip our clients with all of the knowledge that they need about food and exercise to be empowered to achieve, and maintain, their health and fitness goals.

I believe that knowledge is power, which is why at Evolve, we emphasise in teaching you the reasons behind why we write your programs the way we do.

Our coaching practice is designed to give you all of the tools to help you for the long term. We firmly believe that every person can have freedom around food and achieve a healthy lifestyle with the right tools and knowledge. Whether you're a beginner or looking to advance your fitness journey, we’re here to help!

Kia Ora, I’m Laura!

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Degree Qualified Nutritionist (BSc) with a passion for helping people change their habits to support their health and wellbeing in a sustainable way. I specialise in helping women to fuel their bodies so they can feel their best, while maintaining a healthy relationship with food.

I am a big believer in change coming from a place of self acceptance, and encourage my clients to work on the way they speak to themselves, just as much as they work on their physical bodies. Self criticism doesn't just vanish with physical change, so working on the mental is a big piece of the puzzle in my approach.

As your coach, I’ll prioritise your happiness and enjoyment while guiding you on your fitness and nutrition journey. My goal is to be a warm, bubbly presence who keeps you motivated and accountable, while empowering you with the knowledge to sustain your results for life.

Together, we’ll build the lifestyle that feels right for you.

Hey, I’m Sophie!

I combine my scientific foundation with maximum energy to deliver specialized programs focusing on functional strength, mobility, fat loss & performance. I am known for my relentless positivity and holistic approach, and I can guarantee that I’ll be in your corner every step of the way

My personal pursuit of high-performance is currently focused on the elite hockey pathway. I can’t wait to use all of my knowledge and experience to get you both feeling & performing at your best!

Hey everyone, I’m Bex!

I’m a degree-qualified Nutritionist (BSc, Human Nutrition) and certified Personal Trainer (Level 4 & 5, NZIHF). I’m passionate about helping women create realistic, sustainable habits around food and movement so they can feel confident, energised, and strong in their everyday lives.

For me, health isn’t about extremes or chasing a certain look. It’s about understanding how to fuel and move your body in ways that support your goals, your lifestyle, and your wellbeing. I believe that when you prioritise how you feel, your energy, your confidence, your strength, the physical changes come naturally.

My coaching style is practical, supportive, and education-focused. I want you to feel empowered by knowledge so you feel confident in your choices and are capable of maintaining your results long term.

I want to help you find a way of eating and training that fits into your life, not something that takes it over. Because when you feel good from the inside out, everything else follows.

Kia ora, I’m Sofia!

I’m the Behavioural Change Content Specialist at Evolve Nutrition. You’ll see me around in Group Educational Sessions as well as within the videos of the Evolve Program itself.

I’m so excited to share knowledge that supports your confidence, self-empathy, and a healthier relationship with your body. As a psychology graduate, my passion lies in helping people build genuine self-esteem and learn how to relate to themselves with more compassion, curiosity, and respect.

I hold a BSc in Psychology, as well as a BSc with Honours, and I am currently completing my Master’s. My research focuses on body image and social media, specifically exploring how online environments can shape the way we see ourselves and, importantly, how we can reduce and protect ourselves from the negative impacts that so often come with this relationship.

My goal is to help you develop a kinder, more grounded relationship with yourself, build confidence that isn’t dependent on external validation, and feel empowered in your own skin. I’m passionate about providing evidence-based support that is realistic, relatable, and not perfection-focused or pressure-driven.
